Q 2 and 4 Constitutional Law Exam UM 2003/04

Datuk Seri Petrina Abdullah, the senile Prime Minister of Malaysia, and her scheming deputy,
Dato' Idris C'est La Vie...

the heroic Dato' Gan Suk Peng, Minister of Shopping Affairs, seeking to challenge Idris and uphold justice and truth and right...

the blur and sampat Italian Prime Minister, Signor Vito Singgatore.

oh, and don't forget MP Neoh and his 5 hour speech in the Dewan Rakyat...naturally he was a government MP.

ah, the fevered imaginings of a constitutional law lecturer with too many questions to set and too many interesting characters to play around with. he had fun, i know he did. i m not that senile, am i? or blur, right? a bit scatter-brained, i'll admit...:)

(p/s i finally know how this question came about...suffice to say, being blur is bad, so is
mistaking a lecturer as one of your friends and nearly, i emphasise...only nearly...clapping
her on the back. and it didn't help that i inadvertently said academicians live in ivory towers in a tutorial class, leading to shock and consternation on the part of the earlier lecturer. ha, there
you go, the law faculty here is a very very small place, and word gets around very very
quickly. but thanks for trifle and fish and chips and jam doughnuts and shopping, yes, i appreciate those very much. because as you yourself have pointed out, i love shopping and food)

if you would refer to the year 2003/04 question paper for the constitutional law examination in Universiti Malaya, in particular questions no 2 and 4, you might be able to get an inkling of what i am talking about.
