great amounts of time have elapsed since i last put fingers to keyboard. i'm in ipoh now, listening to my beloved mp3 and tapping out what's in here ( hands on heart)
half of sem 1 has simply flown past. it's been ... patchy.
review of sem 1 : tort is interesting but tricky, land is technical and dry, admin is admin.
enough said.
criminal can get bloody at times, but it's ok.
gender has been cool, challenging my perceptions, but what really gets me is my elektif luar fakulti. which is none other than report writing for business and professional purposes.
did i just hear 'boring'? or 'dry'?
it's neither, thanks to a lecturer who often shares her philosophy and takes an interest in all of us. Dr Rajes has been nothing short of caring and cool. in the short space of 7 weeks, i have learnt much more than the format of reports or grammar use. i have learned that ultimately facts come and go, but all knowledge ends in the betterment of life. i have also learned that facts do not always equal the truth, that moving on is not wrong, that it's the journey, not the destination that counts.
life is a rollercoaster, said she one day. why not enjoy it when you are down as well as when you are up? life is beautiful, no matter what angle you look at it from.
